Job summary

Legacy Community Health in Texas seeks a Manager - Pharmacy Central Fill to lead centralized prescription fulfillment across multiple Legacy Pharmacy locations from its central hub in Missouri City, TX. This role focuses on safe, compliant operations and patient-centered service.

The candidate will oversee staffing, policy implementation, and collaboration with pharmacy managers to optimize medication management. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, central fill operations supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ PharmD.
Texas Pharmacist license (unrestricted) or eligible for licensure.
Texas pharmacist preceptor license.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for a Class A license pharmacy and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee centralized prescription fulfillment, ensuring efficient workflow and regulatory adherence.
Lead a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Develop and implement policies for central fill operations to ensure safe practices.
Collaborate with other managers to optimize medication management and patient care.
Coordinate staffing coverage to maintain operational continuity.
Monitor inventory levels at central fill location and minimize waste.
Maintain accurate patient profiles, prescription history, and orders.
