Legacy Community Health is seeking a Manager – Pharmacy (Central Fill) in Missouri City, TX. This role oversees centralized prescription fulfillment across multiple Legacy Pharmacy locations, guiding efficient workflow and compliant operations.

You will lead a team, ensure patient-centered service, and collaborate with other managers to optimize medication management while mentoring students and residents when available.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (B.Pharm/PharmD) and active Texas license.
• 2+ years as Pharmacy Manager or in Central Fill operations.
• Texas pharmacist preceptor license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for a Class A license pharmacy with regulatory compliance.
• Oversee centralized fulfillment with efficient workflow and regulatory adherence.
• Lead and coach pharmacy staff to ensure safe, patient-centered service.
• Develop policies for central fill operations to ensure consistency and safety.
• Collaborate with other managers to optimize medication management.
• Coordinate staffing to cover call-outs and maintain continuity.
• Manage inventory levels at the central fill location to minimize waste.
• Maintain accurate patient profiles and prescription history records.
• Stay updated on central fill trends and regulatory changes.
• Provide precepting to students and residents when available.
