Job summary

Absolute Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join our Massillon, OH team. This role focuses on reconciling payments against receivables, posting cash, and resolving payment discrepancies.

You’ll work with accounts receivable, research copayments and reimbursements, balance daily cash, and support third-party reconciliations. Proficiency with Sage and NetRx is a plus; high school diploma required; strong accuracy and confidentiality essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter and post accounts receivable receipts
• Apply debits and credits to accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Balance daily cash
• Research copayments and reimbursement issues
• Maintain accurate filing and records
• Process margin reimbursement
• Post cash from various payers and non-adjudicated claims
• Print and balance reimbursement reports
• Process refunds
• Complete third-party reconciliations
• Assist with other cash application and billing-related duties as needed
