Job summary

Absolute Pharmacy, Inc. in Canton, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join our North Canton Office. You will reconcile pharmacy payments against receivables, research unpaid or short-paid claims, and ensure payments are posted and balanced.

You will enter AR receipts, apply debits/credits, balance daily cash, and research reimbursement issues while maintaining records and supporting colleagues with related billing tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and post accounts receivable receipts.
• Apply debits and credits to accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Balance daily cash.
• Research copayments and reimbursement issues.
• Maintain accurate filing and records.
• Process margin reimbursement.
• Post cash from various payers and non-adjudicated claims.
• Print and balance reimbursement reports.
• Process refunds.
• Complete third-party reconciliations.
• Assist with other cash application and billing-related duties as needed.
