Absolute Pharmacy, Inc. in North Canton is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join our team. You will post and reconcile receipts, apply debits and credits, and research payment discrepancies to ensure accurate balances.

The role requires strong numerical skills, proficiency with Word and Excel, and familiarity with Sage and NetRx billing systems. You will collaborate with the billing team to process refunds, deposits, and third-party reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Enter and post accounts receivable receipts
• Apply debits and credits to accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Balance daily cash
• Research copayments and reimbursement issues
• Track deposits
• Maintain accurate filing and records
• Process refunds
• Import remittance advice
• Complete third-party reconciliations
• Post cash from various payers and non-adjudicated claims
