UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Pharmacy Care Technician to assist Pharmacists with outreach, provider communication, and care coordination for the Optum at Home program. Responsibilities include making and documenting calls, sending faxes, and coordinating follow-up with providers, patients, and pharmacies.

The role supports clinicians and helps implement clinical recommendations to improve patient outcomes, with regular daytime hours Monday–Friday.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active State of Washington Pharmacy Technician Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of computer proficiency experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Contact patients, answer calls, and schedule or reschedule appointments in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and track patient enrollments, lab orders, and test results to ensure timely follow-up.
• Investigate and resolve patient, billing, and pharmacy-related issues with high-quality customer service.
• Support clinicians with daily operations and patient follow-up activities.
