Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for prescriptions, including counting and weighing medications.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on the cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy-related tasks and uses pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and helps with products and services.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandises products, and assists with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Performs pharmacy-related duties under supervision, including order processing, checking for interactions, and workflow support.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist and adheres to company policies and procedures.
