Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service or call center environment (call center type environments preferred).
• Must have effective and empathetic communication style when managing inbound calls and client interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
• Basic alphanumeric data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality are essential.
• Intermediate math skills with attention to detail and quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance and support to patients in clinical settings, helping them understand their treatment plans and addressing questions/concerns.
• Helps coordinate patient appointments and follow-up scheduling.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation and patient records in EHRs, ensuring data confidentiality.
• Enters information into electronic health records and updates patient files with proper confidentiality.
• Delivers excellent customer service, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
