Job summary

CVS Health in Georgia is seeking a Pharmacy Advisor, Representative I to support members and prescribers through outbound calls and clinical guidance. This role helps members refill medications, transfer questions to Pharmacists, and educate customers on the value of the program.

You will document interactions in EHRs, coordinate care with providers, and assist new employees. Strong communication, basic data entry, and Excel/Outlook skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Effective and empathetic communication with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Basic alpha-numeric data entry with accuracy.
• Intermediate math skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance and support to patients in clinical settings, helping them understand their treatment.
• Plans, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have; helps coordinate appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation and patient records in EHRs.
• Makes an effort to provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Communicates with healthcare providers to share information and coordinate care.
