Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to patients in clinical settings and explains treatment.
• Coordinates appointments and follow-up scheduling.
• Maintains accurate documentation and patient records with confidentiality.
• Enters information into electronic health records (EHRs).
• Delivers excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
