Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in the Pharmacy Advisor program. This remote, full-time role provides education and counseling to patients, coordinates with prescribers, and supports disease-state management to improve outcomes. It operates in a fast-paced call center and aims to enhance adherence and therapy optimization.

Applicants must have 1+ year pharmacy experience and an active pharmacist license in AZ, HI, TX, IL, FL, or PA, plus reliable high-speed internet. 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, LTC, hospital or PBM pharmacy experience or pharmacist-to-patient consultation experience.
• Current experience within Caremark Pharmacy Advisor team.
• Experience with patients with chronic diseases, especially diabetes.
• Experience as a pharmacist in a call center or remote environment.
• Adequate home internet required; high-speed internet preferred; required speeds 50 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Provide education on new therapies and adherence support.
• Collaborate with prescribers and CVS Caremark teams to address patient issues.
• Identify counseling opportunities using disease-specific criteria and conduct outbound calls.
