Dynamic Rx Labs is seeking a Pharmacy Call Center Representative to join our team in Washington. You will support pharmacists and technicians, handle patient communications, and ensure timely prescription processing with a focus on accuracy and friendly service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medication on time and with care. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in processing prescriptions.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with outgoing patient communication
• Accepting patient payments and providing exceptional customer service
• Filing and retrieving various pharmacy records
• Preparing injection kits and printing inserts for prescriptions as needed or as assigned.
• Maintaining and cleaning assigned work areas and equipment as designated by supervisor

Work Hours:

AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
