Qualifications

Promotes the most effective use of the organization's funds in the acquisition of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies and assures pharmaceutical products are available when needed.**Pay Range**Minimum $28.07 Midpoint $37.18 Maximum $46.31*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**\\* Required: Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in an acute care hospital or a pediatric hospital setting.\\* Preferred: Experience in pediatric or pharmaceutical purchasing setting.**Education**\\* Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.\\* Preferred: Associate Degree in Pharmacy Technology.**Training**\\* Required: Graduated from an ASHP accredited Pharmacy Technician Training program.**Specialized Skills**\\* Required: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills. Ability to understand and exceed customer expectations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
