Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for pharmacy initiatives.
  • Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance strategic pharmacy initiatives.
  • Conduct outcomes analyses to measure performance against goals for initiatives.
  • Provide project updates to Pharmacy management and leadership.
  • Mentor less experienced members of the Pharmacy team.

**JOB SUMMARY** This job leads and/or participates in the development and execution of key strategic initiatives for Pharmacy Services. The incumbent engages in multiple cross-functional projects and will be expected to work in a collaborative, highly matrixed manner. Directs the opportunity analysis and outcomes reporting for pharmacy's strategic initiatives. In the course of contributing to these projects, the incumbent may be expected to fulfill many different types of roles, ranging from project leadership, problem-solving, data analysis and interpretation, providing recommendations, communicating project updates to the pharmacy leadership team and completing implementation tasks within the specified timeframe. Builds relationships with personnel in other business units of the organization, and will be expected to work with little to no supervision.
