For our client, we are seeking a VP, Clinical Pharmacy Services to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This executive will guide the strategy and execution of clinical pharmacy services across a complex healthcare environment. The role will shape formulary direction, pharmacy benefit management programs, and trend initiatives while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to improve outcomes, quality, and cost effectiveness.

In addition, this leader will oversee vendor relationships, support accreditation efforts, and provide the vision, policies, and operational discipline needed to strengthen enterprise pharmacy programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $188,900 - $359,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee pharmacy benefit management programs across product lines
• Lead clinical operations, formulary strategy, and drug pipeline management
• Manage pharmacy trend initiatives and vendor relationships for better outcomes
