Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Collections Specialist to provide customer service for internal and external customers of the Pharmacy Services division and to maintain accurate billing for Home Infusion clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of medical billing/collections experience.
• Home infusion billing experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing information from daily census and other sources.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external home infusion customers.
• Review pre-billing reports daily for accuracy.
• Review monthly statements for accuracy.
• Respond to changes and handle additional projects as assigned.

• Follow all policies, procedures, laws, and report violations as needed.
• File and organize all paperwork related to duties.
• Keep supervisor informed of daily activities and issues.
