Job summary

PruittHealth in Norcross, GA is seeking a Pharmacy Collections Specialist to provide customer service to internal and external pharmacy home infusion customers and maintain accurate billing.

Responsibilities include reviewing pre-billing reports, monthly statements, and ensuring compliance with policies; candidates should have 1–3 years in medical billing/collections and a high school diploma; CPR+ infusion software experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years in medical billing/collections.
• Experience with home infusion billing highly desired.
• CPR+ Home Infusion software or other billing software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing information from daily census and LTC.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external home infusion customers.
• Review pre-billing reports daily for accuracy.
• Review monthly statements for accuracy.
• Respond to change productively and handle additional projects as assigned.
• Carry out duties with a 'Commitment to Caring' attitude in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and philosophy.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and report violations to the appropriate supervisor.
• File and organize all appropriate paperwork related to job duties.
• Keep supervisor informed of daily activities, and issues.
