Qualifications

High school diploma required.
1-3 years' medical billing/collections experience.
Home infusion billing experience desired.
Experience with CPR+ Home Infusion software or other billing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate billing information from daily census and other sources.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external pharmacy home infusion customers.
Review pre-billing reports daily for accuracy.
Review monthly statements for accuracy.
Respond to change productively and handle additional projects as assigned.
Carry out duties with a 'Commitment to Caring' attitude.
Follow all policies and state and federal laws and report violations.
File and organize all paperwork related to job duties.
Keep supervisor informed of daily activities and issues.
