Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process patient billing and insurance claims in a timely manner.
• Assist with daily and month-end billing procedures and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, providers, and insurers.
• Run Medicare plan comparisons and open enrollment support as needed.
• Maintain patient files and ensure regulatory compliance.
