Job summary

This full-time, on-site role focuses on processing patient bills and insurance claims, maintaining patient records, and delivering excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, and providers.

Responsibilities include researching billing issues, updating billing systems, and supporting month-end close while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related billing experience.
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy software experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication for customer inquiries.
• Ability to excel in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process patient bills and insurance claims accurately and timely.
• Enter patient and insurance information into billing system.
• Provide timely responses to billing inquiries via phone or electronic communications.
• Research and resolve billing issues related to eligibility and coverage.
• Assist with daily and month-end billing procedures.
