Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy Indiana is hiring for a billing specialist to accurately process customer bills and insurance claims. You will assist with daily and month-end billing, respond to questions, resolve issues, and help collect balances from patients and providers.

The role requires one or more years of related experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment onsite, with potential for hybrid or remote work based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of related billing/collections experience.
• Experience with claims adjudication and understanding of how insurance works.
• Healthcare or pharmacy experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer bills and insurance claims.
