Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise customer implementations across its software and services portfolio. You will act as the primary project leader for high-value clients, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and successful adoption.

You will develop implementation strategies, proactively manage risks, and maintain governance across projects while aligning with customer objectives and business results.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software implementation methodologies and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
  • Serve as the primary project contact for executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and issue resolution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Sales, Client Success, Support, Training, Product, Engineering, Billing and vendors.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, risk assessments, and decision sessions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations.
  • Drive accountability to ensure deliverables meet schedule and milestones.
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations with varying complexity and timelines.
  • Collaborate with customer leadership to understand objectives, workflows, and requirements.
  • Coordinate integrations, data migration, networking, configuration, and testing with technical teams.
  • Maintain current project artifacts, documentation, and communication plans.
  • Monitor health using KPIs and forecast timelines, risks, and resource needs.
  • Lead change management activities including scope evaluation and impact analysis.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive process improvements.
  • Contribute to standardized enterprise processes, templates, governance, and best practices.
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on complex engagements.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software implementation methodologies and project management best practices

  • Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, healthcare software, or healthcare operations preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, TaskRay, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint preferred
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Minimum years of work experience: 5 years
  • Project Manager Certification is preferred
  • Minimum level of education or experience: Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • Pharmacy and or Healthcare related experience
  • Prior project management experience
