Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• CPhT or healthcare credential preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specialty Copay Assistance Program management, enrollment, and auditing.
• Manage Patient Assistance Program for financial aid.
• Identify IMM drug utilizers; update CRM Zoho.
• Prepare client and broker reports; support performance reviews.
• Ensure data integrity via monthly audits; coordinate with BI team.
• Maintain Zoho CRM with up-to-date client records.
