Qualifications

• Strong research skills and ability to analyze policies and contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships between clients, internal teams, and PBM partners.
• Understand each client's business model and forecasted changes.
• Present market analyses, contract terms, and rate dependencies to clients and brokers.
• Monitor client billing and payments and ensure proper procedures.
