Job summary

Valued Pharmacy Services is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to bridge clients, prescription benefit consulting, and clinical program management. You will collaborate with analytics, consultants, and external partners to optimize benefit programs and ensure seamless clinical initiatives.

The role emphasizes data integrity, CRM management in Zoho, and delivering accurate client performance insights, with four days per week in Chesterfield and one remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or healthcare credential preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, analytics, consultants and external partners to optimize prescription benefit programs.
• Manage CRM Zoho and ensure data is current in the system for each client.
• Prepare and support client performance reviews and reporting requests.
