Job summary

BD is seeking a dedicated Systems Solutions Consultant that will provide end-to-end solution management for pharmacy automation and outpatient pharmacy portfolio. This role will ensure customer experience is a priority from pre-sales to post implementation and will consult with customers on the best way to implement and optimize retail, ambulatory, and long-term care pharmacy automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy related operations.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales consultation and workflow analysis of medication management and supply chain systems.
• Identifies inefficiencies, safety concerns, revenue opportunities, and regulatory gaps.
• Performs workflow redesign with BD solutions to meet goals.
• Provides clinical consulting support for BD solution roadmaps.
• Remains engaged as strategic point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to apply industry knowledge.
