Job summary

BD in San Diego is seeking a Systems Solutions Consultant to manage end-to-end pharmacy automation solutions from pre-sales to post-implementation, with a focus on outpatient and long-term care pharmacy settings. You will assess current workflows, design future-state solutions, and collaborate with sales, product, implementation, and support teams to drive successful deployments.

A pharmacy degree, 5 years in healthcare operations, travel up to 75%, and a valid driver’s license are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations.
• Lean six sigma certification preferred.
• Based in CA, CO, NM, AZ, NV, OR, WA, MN, ID, WY, or UT.
• Up to 75% travel required, including nights and some weekends.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales consultation and workflow analysis for outpatient and long-term care pharmacy services.
• Clinical consulting support to develop customer-specific BD solution roadmaps.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product R&D, Implementation & Support teams.
• Applies healthcare knowledge to influence product development and software enhancements.
