Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Software to lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for a strategic pharmacy automation software platform. You will translate customer, market, competitive, and business insights into an executable plan that improves efficiency and customer value.

You will partner with R&D, UX, regulatory, sales, and regional marketing to drive discovery through launch and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years in product management or related commercial roles
• Experience with software, SaaS, cloud-enabled products, analytics platforms
• Experience managing products across their lifecycle
• Strong VOC and executive communication skills
• Cross-functional leadership in a global matrixed org
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the 2–3-year product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead VOC, market research, competitive intelligence, and customer immersion.
• Translate insights into prioritized user needs and business cases.
• Partner with R&D, UX, service & support, implementation, quality, regulatory, sales, and regional marketing.
• Support commercialization, including positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
• Represent customer and business needs within a cross-functional core team.
• Communicate roadmap updates and investment needs to stakeholders.
