Job summary

NKC Health in Kansas City, MO seeks a Pharmacy Automation Analyst to plan, implement, and optimize clinical analytic systems across the pharmacy enterprise. You will lead the ongoing enhancement of automation applications and coordinate with the Inpatient Pharmacy & Automation Coordinator.

The role requires 5 years in healthcare or related field and 2 years with pharmacy automation; strong Windows-based software skills and knowledge of robotics/IT; licensure and certifications as listed.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of PC computer software and basic operations of Windows-based software.
Strong background in robotics or information technology.
Experience in healthcare IT or clinical analytics environments.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and maintain clinical analytic systems across the pharmacy enterprise.
Lead assigned applications and optimize their use; delegate tasks to automation tools as appropriate.
Coordinate with hospital departments to support decision analysis and pharmacy technology planning.
