Job summary

Swisslog Healthcare is seeking Field Service Technicians based in the Houston, TX area to support Pharmacy Automation systems across the region. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, start-up services, and user training while traveling to customer sites as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of field service experience with electro-mechanical products, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. On-call and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years field service experience with electro-mechanical products.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Effective communication style that builds customer trust and satisfaction.
• PC software and hardware literate; Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled preventive maintenance to contract customers.
• Provide on-demand and 24/7 emergency service to customers.
• Travel to customer sites within the Houston area to support Pharmacy Automation solutions.
• Train customers on system and maintenance operations.
• Promote parts orders and inventory planning for customers.
