Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Patient Services Liaison to be the central contact for ambulatory pharmacy access and affordability services. This on-site role supports clinics in Lodi and Clearlake, CA, coordinating with staff, providers, and payers to ensure timely access to medications.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of retail pharmacy experience, an active pharmacy technician license in the state, and strong communication skills to educate providers and patients on prescription fulfillment and

Qualifications

Experience with prior authorizations and copay assistance programs.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Provide liaison services for patients requiring high-cost therapies and infusion therapies, including prior authorizations and coordination with pharmacies and payers.
Serve as primary contact for assigned clinics, communicating with providers, staff and patients to ensure access and affordability.
Educate providers and clinic staff on prescription fulfillment value and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Coordinate delivery of prescriptions and support KPI reporting for program performance.
Support clinics during operating hours and provide coverage to ensure patients receive medications.
