Job summary

CVP is seeking a Lead Project Manager, Pharmacogenomics to drive multi-site implementation within a high-visibility federal healthcare program. You will shape plans, coordinate clinical, laboratory, and informatics workstreams, and deliver measurable genomic medicine outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharmacogenomics or precision medicine program leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate federal healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• MS in Pharmacy or related field is required.
• 5+ years of pharmacogenomics or precision medicine program leadership.
• Experience with multi-site or federal healthcare environments.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacogenomics implementation workstreams across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate across clinical, laboratory, informatics, and operational teams for integrated delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholder engagement with clinical leadership and federal sponsors.
• Establish metrics, data tracking, and outcomes measurement for pharmacogenomics efforts.
• Identify and manage implementation risks and dependencies in multi-site deployments.
• Contribute to program documentation, clinical guidelines, and training materials.
