Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent with active license.
• Experience designing and delivering pharmacist training programs.
• Strong knowledge of prior authorization processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for pharmacists on prior authorization systems and procedures.
• Develop and update training materials, resources, verbiage templates, job aids, and communicate updates to the team.
• Ensure training content is accurate, compliant with federal/state regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance and materials for audits and reporting.
• Assess pharmacist performance through evaluations, quizzes and practical assessments to identify improvements.
