Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active unrestrictive pharmacist license.
• 3+ years as a clinical pharmacist in a PBM setting.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Solid understanding of prior authorization operations and regulations.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to change.
• Proficiency with e-learning platforms and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for pharmacists on prior authorization systems and processes.
• Develop and update training materials, templates, and job aids; communicate updates to the team.
• Ensure content is accurate, compliant with regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions and attendance for audits.
• Assess pharmacist performance via evaluations and quizzes; provide feedback.
• Collaborate with pharmacy managers and stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Provide documentation in prior authorization cases and related calls.
• Perform peer-to-peer reviews with providers when requested.
