Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Pharmacy residency or 2 years of experience as a registered pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical pharmacy leadership within specialty area.
• In collaboration with the health care team, ensure optimal drug therapy with proper drug selection, dose, route, duration, and cost effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs and enhance existing services.
• Oversee and monitor clinical and operational pharmacy initiatives and services.
• Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) when needed and ensure compliance with laws and accreditation standards.
