Accounting Search seeks a Pharmacist for an outpatient/retail role in Centerburg, Ohio, near Columbus. You will provide quality pharmaceutical care and support to ensure safe medication delivery across a patient population including neonates to geriatrics.

The position is full-time on a day shift with weekend rotation and holiday coverage. Compensation ranges from $48/hour to $70/hour, with full benefits and a sign-on bonus depending on experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited college/university of pharmacy; bachelor’s or PharmD required.
• Pharmacist registered and licensed with Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
• Immunization Certification or willing to become certified within 90 days.
• 340B experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Provides clinical support and distribution services for safe medication delivery.
• Offers retail pharmacy services including immunizations, patient counseling, and medication therapy management.
• Addresses needs across neonates to geriatrics and adheres to policies and standards.

What they are looking for:

• Immunization Certification or willing to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire
• 340B experience preferred

Hours and compensation potential:

• Position is full time day shift. 9-hour shifts with a rotating weekend shift. The pharmacist would be working approximately 1 weekend a month. Pharmacist will rotate holidays working and they are open Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Christmas eve, and New year's eve on shortened hours. Other holidays closed. Pharmacy hours M-F 8am-8pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 9am-4pm.
• Range is between $48hr(100,000)-$70hr(145,600) depending on experience. Full benefit package included and sign on bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Provides clinical support and distribution services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of medications for all customers.
• Provides services in retail pharmacy, including but not limited to immunizations, patient consultation, specialty medications, medication therapy management and meds 2 beds, as applicable.
• Understands the pharmaceutical care needs of a patient population including: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
• Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory / accrediting boy requirements; and professional practice standards.
