National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a Pharmacist for Retail / Outpatient in Centerburg, Ohio. This role focuses on patient care, immunizations, and medication counseling in a community setting near Columbus.

You will work a full-time day schedule with weekend rotation and holidays. Requires an Ohio Pharmacist license, PharmD or equivalent, and immunization certification; offers $48/hour–$70/hour with full benefits and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Accredited college/university of pharmacy degree (BPharm/ PharmD) required.
• Ohio Pharmacist license required by Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
• Immunization certification or willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire.
• 340B program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Offers clinical support and distribution services for safe delivery of medications.
• Conducts immunizations and patient counseling in the retail/outpatient setting.
• Assesses pharmaceutical care needs across diverse patient populations (neonates to geriatrics).

What they are looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited college / university of pharmacy, bachelor's degree or PharmD required
• Pharmacist registered and licensed with Ohio State Board of pharmacy
• Immunization Certification or willing to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire
• 340B experience preferred

Hours and compensation potential:

• Position is full time day shift. 9-hour shifts with a rotating weekend shift. The pharmacist would be working approximately 1 weekend a month. Pharmacist will rotate holidays working and they are open Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Christmas eve, and New year's eve on shortened hours. Other holidays closed. Pharmacy hours M-F 8am-8pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 9am-4pm.
• Range is between $48hr(100,000)-$70hr(145,600) depending on experience. Full benefit package included and sign on bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Provides clinical support and distribution services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of medications for all customers.
• Provides services in retail pharmacy, including but not limited to immunizations, patient consultation, specialty medications, medication therapy management and meds 2 beds, as applicable.
• Understands the pharmaceutical care needs of a patient population including: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
• Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory / accrediting boy requirements; and professional practice standards.
