Job summary

Htprof Centerburg, Ohio seeks a Pharmacist for full-time day shifts in an outpatient/retail setting. The role involves clinical support, medication therapy management, immunizations, and patient consultations while delivering high-quality care.

Candidates must hold a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, be licensed in Ohio, and have immunization certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days. 340B experience is preferred, with competitive benefits and sign-on offered.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Provides clinical support and distribution services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of medications.
• Provides services in retail pharmacy, including immunizations, patient consultation, specialty medications, and medication therapy management.
• Understands the pharmaceutical care needs of a diverse patient population (neonates to geriatrics).
• Adheres to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

What they are looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited college / university of pharmacy, bachelor’s degree or PharmD required
• Pharmacist registered and licensed with Ohio State Board of pharmacy
• Immunization Certification or willing to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire
• 340B experience preferred

Hours and compensation potential:

• Position is full time day shift. 9-hour shifts with a rotating weekend shift. The pharmacist would be working approximately 1 weekend a month.
• Pharmacist will rotate holidays working and they are open Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Christmas eve, and New year's eve on shortened hours. Other holidays closed.
• Pharmacy hours M-F 8am-8pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 9am-4pm.
• Range is between $48hr(100,000)-$70hr(145,600) depending on experience. Full benefit package included and sign on bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Provides clinical support and distribution services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of medications for all customers.
• Provides services in retail pharmacy, including but not limited to immunizations, patient consultation, specialty medications, medication therapy management and meds 2 beds, as applicable.
• Understands the pharmaceutical care needs of a patient population including: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
• Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory / accrediting boy requirements; and professional practice standards.
