Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis seeks a Pharmacist (PRN) for our Outpatient Pharmacy downtown. Provides professional pharmacy services and dispenses medications as prescribed by physicians, in line with professional standards and practices.

The role involves reviewing orders, ensuring accuracy, and educating patients on their medications. A part-time Pharmacist position with health benefits is also available. Float pool support may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist providing professional pharmacy services.
• Reviews, interprets, monitors and dispenses medications according to standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and dispenses medications as prescribed, including IV/IM/oral forms.
• Complies with regulations and reviews orders for accuracy.
• Interprets orders, ensures complete patient profiles, and provides patient instructions.
• Maintains records and supports pharmacy operations and inventory.
