Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Pharmacist, Population Health to develop and implement clinical programs, oversee outcomes reporting, and support RDUR, CPD, and other PBM initiatives across lines of business.

The role involves translating clinical guidelines into program requirements, collaborating with account management, and mentoring Product Managers while supporting residency activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in home state or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 2+ years of clinical or managed care pharmacy experience; or PGY1 residency with 1 year clinical experience.
• Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management, and managed care principles.
• Proficiency with drug literature and clinical trial evaluation; familiarity with online databases.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to present data in charts and figures.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and support compliance objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new clinical programs and maintain existing ones.
• Educate clients, members, providers, and staff on clinical programs and outcomes.
• Provide outreach to members and prescribers to improve care coordination.
• Support operational departments in implementing PBM programs.
• Communicate Medicare Part D, PQA, and HEDIS guidance to stakeholders.
• Assist Residency Program Director with PGY1 Managed Care Residency.
• Provide leadership to Product Managers and participate in Specialty Clinical Group.
• Contribute to Coverage Determination processes when needed.
• Advise on formulary decisions for P&T Committee.
