Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist, Population Health to develop and manage clinical programs, including RDUR, CDUR, asthma and COPD management, pharmacogenomics, pharmacoadherence, and MTM. You will translate clinical guidelines into cost-effective, scalable programs and support the P&T Committee.

You will review health outcomes data, support Residency Program activities, and collaborate with Account Management and other clinical groups to optimize member care and program success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in state of residence or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• 2+ years of clinical experience, or residency in managed care/pharmacy with 1 year clinical experience.
• Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management, pharmacy claims and managed care principles sought.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of new clinical programs and manage maintenance of existing programs.
• Educate clients, members, providers, and staff on clinical programs and outcomes.
• Provide clinical outreach to members and prescribers to enhance care coordination.
• Support operational departments in implementing PBM programs and daily operations.
• Communicate Medicare Part D, PQA, and HEDIS guidance to stakeholders.
