Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist, Population Health to join our team. The role focuses on developing and administering clinical programs, evaluating health outcomes, and supporting PBM initiatives across lines of business.

You will collaborate with Account Management, P&T committees, and Residency Program leadership to advance clinical initiatives, ensure cost-effective programs, and translate guidelines into actionable program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 2+ years of clinical experience, or clinical or managed care residency with 1-year clinical experience.
• Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management, and managed care principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of new and existing clinical programs.
• Facilitate communication and education to clients, members, and providers about program outcomes.
• Provide clinical outreach to members and prescribers to enhance care coordination.
• Support operational departments on PBM program implementations and daily operations.
• Communicate regulatory guidelines to stakeholders clearly.
• Assist Residency Program Director with the PGY1 Managed Care Residency Program.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Product Managers.
• Engage with Specialty Clinical Group for program development.
• Participate in Coverage Determination processes when needed.
• Provide clinical input to formulary decisions by P&T Committee.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
