Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Pharmacist, Population Health to lead clinical program development and outcomes reporting across PBM initiatives. You will support Drug Utilization Review and Health Management programs, collaborating with Account Management and P&T committees to implement cost-effective clinical solutions.

The role requires a PharmD or B.Pharm with licensure, 2+ years of clinical experience, and strong knowledge of PBM industry standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in state of residence or ability to reciprocity within 4 months.
• 2+ years of clinical experience, or residency with 1 year clinical experience.
• Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management, pharmacy claims and managed care required/desirable.
• Proficiency with drug literature and clinical trial evaluation; databases such as Micromedex/Medline preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint including tables/charts.
• Participate in compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Develop new clinical programs and maintain existing ones.
• Educate clients, members, providers, and staff on programs and outcomes.
• Provide clinical outreach to members and prescribers to improve care coordination.
• Assist operational departments with PBM program implementation and daily operations.
• Convey Medicare Part D, PQA and HEDIS guidance to stakeholders.
