Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist, Population Health to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and reporting on Navitus Clinical Programs including RDUR, CDUR, MTM, and pharmacogenomics.

You will translate clinical guidelines into program requirements and test implementations. You will collaborate with Account Management, Lumicera, Drug Information, and P&T committees to ensure clinically sound, cost-effective programs, supported by data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence.
• 2+ years of clinical experience, or residency plus 1 year clinical experience.
• Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management and managed care principles.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new clinical programs and maintain existing programs.
• Provide education to clients, members, providers, and internal staff on clinical programs and outcomes.
• Perform clinical outreach to members and prescribers to enhance care coordination.
• Support operational departments in implementing PBM programs and daily member care.
• Communicate Medicare Part D, PQA, and HEDIS guidelines to stakeholders clearly.
• Assist Residency Program Director with the PGY1 Managed Care Residency.
