Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and active Florida pharmacist license.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with medication management and OBRA/QA reporting is beneficial.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software and EHRs is required.
