Job summary

Community Health Centers in Florida seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the full practice of pharmacy at the site, ensuring dispensing, labeling and distribution meet regulatory standards.

Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, you will supervise staff, coordinate with providers on medication management, and uphold quality care while maintaining inventory control and adherence to DEA, 340B and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Current and valid Florida Pharmacist license required; immunization certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years' pharmacy experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with providers on medication management.
• Interprets, fills and verifies prescriptions.
• Counsels patients on medication usage.
• Monitors drug therapy per OBRA Act.
• Supervises staff and workflows; conducts evaluations.
