Job summary

Genoa Healthcare in Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, dispense medications and partner with clinic teams to optimize patient outcomes. You will lead the pharmacy team, ensure policy compliance, and enhance patient experiences across our in-clinic services.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, is licensed in Florida, and is a certified immunizer or will be, within 3 months of hire; 3+ years of leadership in pharmacy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current pharmacist’s license in Florida.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy and dispensing activities.
• Coach, develop and manage pharmacy staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers and clinic partners.
• Drive financial profitability and opportunities to grow the pharmacy business.
