Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Pharmacist for a Per Diem (PRN) schedule from 8AM to 5PM, including weekends. The role focuses on inpatient hospital pharmacy operations, drug distribution, IV admixture, and patient discharge counseling.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of pharmaceutical services, including drug distribution systems, central operations, and IV admixture.
• Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Inform and instruct patients on drugs to be used after discharge.
• Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.

Compensation: $63.50 / hourly

Responsibilities

As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Pharmacist required

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred

Per Diem Requirement: Must be available to work Six (6) shifts per Six (6) week schedule; Three (3) must be on the Weekend (Saturday's or Sunday's).
