Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing, and government regulations.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory; strong customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and provide clinical pharmacy services.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription processing.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and corporate partners to optimize patient outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and patient experience.
