Qualifications

• The Pharmacist position requires a Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Registered Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with patients by providing personalized, compassionate pharmacy care.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services while engaging in meaningful clinical conversations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and corporate pharmacy partners to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Use expertise to identify opportunities for improving services and enhancing the patient experience.
• Participate in clinical initiatives and community-focused programs, including point-of-care testing, women's health services, medication take-back programs, and more.
• Serve as a trusted healthcare resource and advocate for patients throughout the community.
